Brunswick High and Glynn Academy were well-represented on the Region 2-6A team which was released recently. Following a vote by the league coaches, the local all-region picks were led by Brunswick's Ryan Thomas and Glynn's Luke Barch. Thomas, a senior outfielder for the Pirates, was the Offensive Player of the Year while Barch, also a senior for Glynn, was the Pitcher of the Year. For BHS, first-team selections were Jordan Lodise, Elijah Wellman and Grant Moore. From Glynn, first-team choices were Greyson Gegg, Gus Gandy, Slater Vinson and Trent Tankersley. Making second-team from the Pirates were Roland Chance, Logan Graverson, Brett Hickson and Trenton Robinson. The Terrors' second-team picks were Wessley Roberson and Jeb Carson Honorable-mention selections from BHS were Avery Jefferson and Dawson Parke. Glynn's honorable-mention selections were Ryan Schueneman and Jackson Donovan.
